End of Summer Peach Crumble

Hands down, peaches are my favorite summer fruit! I love the fuzz and the sweet/tart combo. Basically, I spend all summer trying to find the perfect peach.

Naturally, when I find good peaches, I tend to buy a LOT. Then I stress about eating them all before they go bad! Insert lots of peach recipes...

This peach crumble is easy to throw together, with most of the time inactive! Thanks, oven :)

Plus, when you bake peaches, the natural sugars create a syrup that is to. die. for.

For a dessert, this recipe is low in sugar. In fact, it has less sugar than most breakfast cereals. So I definitely won't judge you if you sneak some first thing in the AM!
