Hey there! Happy Labor Day weekend :) I feel like this marks the official end of summer, which is sometimes bittersweet.
I'm looking forward to fall, but I love the fresh food options that come with the summer heat! This salad includes all my summer veggie favs. It's crazy easy to throw together, you may even want to make it for your labor day festivities tomorrow!
