This rice bowl is one of my favorites! It's easy to make most of the ingredients in advance (like the rice and BBQ sauce) and it's SO delicious. Like a twist on a chipotle burrito bowl - minus the crazy salt content!
An awesome bonus? This recipe can be made two ways: with raw or sautéed veggies! You make the choice based on your preferences and schedule.
