Ahh summer tomatoes. There is nothing better. But when your garden is overflowing, it can be hard to find tomato recipes for every night of the week! That's where salsa comes in.
Who doesn't love to snack on fresh garden salsa? Literally one of my favorite snacks! Cold salsa on a hot day is perfection. I tried experimenting with some unlikely add ins for this recipe - radish! This addition was delicious and added another dimension of flavor and spice!
Hope you will give it a try! ... And good luck going through those tomatoes! ;)
