Do you buy bottled salad dressings? While it's not a big deal to occasionally choose a bottled dressing, buying processed options routinely can leave you spending more money than necessary and filling up on high fat, sugar, and/or sodium content.
I recently started making this Everyday Lemon Vinaigrette and it's so easy, there's no reason for store-bought! It only takes about 10 minutes to come together and then I'm ready for salads all week!
This past weekend, we planted our spring veggies! Kale, romaine, mixed salad greens, spinach, broccoli, and cauliflower are all in the ground. There is nothing better than thinking, "Oh salad sounds good, let me just run out to the garden!" So fresh and so easy. I'm making sure to enjoy now because once the summer heat starts, these delicate greens won't be around!
Do you plant spring veggies? What are your favorites?
Enjoy this lemon vinaigrette and let me know what you think!
