Another tasty and filling breakfast recipe to add to your line up!
This stovetop oatmeal is easy to throw together first thing in the AM...and this is coming from a non-morning person! If you don't have 15 minutes to spare at the start of your day, you can also make it the night before! It refrigerates well and can be eaten cold or warmed in the microwave with a splash of almond milk.
This has been my go-to breakfast for the last few weeks. I don't seem to burn out too quickly because I can play with the toppings and add-ins, making each day a little different! I'm also crazy about the texture that comes together when you add plenty of liquid along with chia seeds for binding - no watery oats here!
Still need more convincing? These oats are naturally sweetened with banana and date sugar. They're fiber-full and protein packed as well.
Hope you'll give these a try soon! Happy February!
